Ice cream and dieting don’t exactly go hand in hand, but an ice cream scoop can help you control your portion sizes. The typical scoop holds 1/4 cup, so use one to dish out two scoops (or 1/2 cup, the standard portion size) of your favorite foods, including mashed potatoes, pasta, vegetables, rice, and cereal. Test your scoop by filling it with water and pouring it into a glass measuring cup.

okay i just got back from topsial island north carolina and it was great! although it would have been better if we got to goto myrtle beach which is in south carolina but i gess next time. so any way im am there livin it up with victoria and we r like having a party and to my pleasure out of no where the vornles join the party!!! yay!! it twas sooo much fun but i missed all of my friends but it was still awsome. omg we got the blue collard comedey tour on dvd and it is sooooooo funny omg its great even though we watched it like 60 million times it was sooo funny and all u people who dont know what the blue collard comedy tour is U SUCK EDUCATE UR SELF AND WATCH COMEDEY SENTRAL! in other news chapell show is moving to tusedays! yes! i love the chapell show even though i porbably am spelling chapell rong it is great AND ALL U WHO DONT KNOW WHAT THE CHAPELL SHOW IS U SUCK EDUCATE UR SELF AND WATCH COMEDEY CENTRAL! thats bout it for now
